My name is Matthew. I was born in Kitchener, ON on May 17, 2004. I started to learn how to walk when I was about one years old. Unlike other people, I learned how to walk before learning how to crawl. This resulted in accidents, one of them which I ran and then I fell down and got a bump on my head that grew to be as big as an ostrich egg. To this day the bump still remains on my head.
When I was old enough I went to school. At school I made a friend named Joshua. Joshua was my close friend from day care up to grade four. We would often play together and sometimes when it was carpet time we chatted together, and then we would get into trouble. At break time many people in my class would come to me, and play with me. I would organize a game and when we were into it, the bell would ring and we would have to go back to our classroom.
In grade one, I began piano and I have had two piano teachers. They are very different, because Joan Walker my first piano teacher is very strict but nice, and Raymond Yundt seems very happy and buys many toys, stickers, candy, he buys many things for us to make us happy.
In grade four, we had an technological oriented teacher named Mme Bullock. Every week she would bring us to the lab and use some cool tools on the internet. Now as it happened, the last summer I had gone to a computer camp and had learned a lot about computers. One day my teacher Mme Bullock noticed my technological abilities, and took me and took me to a computer club show others my abilities. I received a gift and met Trish who taught me all about computers at the computer camp.
I started Ron Paul Curriculum after grade four. Ron Paul Curriculum is some thing that I benefit from a lot. In Ron Paul Curriculum from the ABC forum, I have learned about self-motivation and about self-discipline. I have applied the speaking-to-the-wall tactic. At first I wasn't used to all the work that this curriculum has, but now I am used to all the work. I love all the subjects, especially science. I love them because all the subjects are very interesting. The Ron Paul Curriculum has taught me many things.
My family is different than many other families. Every week we have a family bible study, and we apply a bible verse we learned from Psalms to our lives. My mom is also a very good cook. She can cook many things appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. My mom can cook everything! I enjoy eating many things, especially potatoes. I have afternoon tea, afternoon my mom makes desserts and she brews some tea, coffee, and chocolate milk. My sister is very close to me. She is very diligent and smart. She has won many scholarships and now is at the University of Waterloo. Her Major is Software Engineering. My dad is also very special to me, he is the man of the house and he plans everything for us.
I am eager to learn more everyday.
